WildBlue Communications, Inc is a satellite Internet Service Provider (ISP) service with a growing reputation. Expect long delays and rote service when you call this Customer Care number 1-800-869-6079 Unending announcements and music on hold, with no "get human" escape stated or found. Very poor per GetHuman standards.

Unfortunately, their customer service vender contractor is operating with a skeleton crew because WBC, Inc is reportedly changing vendors, so this current vendor has cut 200 employees out of their call center, leaving 15 to staff calls from all WBC, Inc customers. Unacceptable Customer Service at this time.

On-line chat service to get a human is not operating, either, at www.wildblue.net. Unacceptable alternate to telephone lack of service. Email sent via web page. Unacceptable - response to sending generates errors, so a customer can not be sure the email went through.

Billing update to provide new credit card information as used for billing has a secure web page URL with this change offered, but it is not functioning, either. Unacceptable - Another Non-functioning alternate
