I ordered a free trail for only .97 cents that was it now I have been charged on my credit card which is now closed out because of over draft fees. I don't want anymore sent to me at all. I would like my money returned to me for an order I didn't place. If I wanted more I would have ordered it.If I Continue To Have Money Taken Out I Will Persue Legal Actions. Biotab charge my account on two different date for $50.09. for a total of $100.18. I want my money returned to my account or I will consult a lawyer.

My husband recently, and to his great regret, ordered a product from Biotab Nutriceuticals. He was misled by the information he received into believing that he would only be charged $0.97 for a "free trial offer."

Unfortunately, he has learned the hard way that one should NEVER give out a checking account/debit account number until one verifies the validity of the company with which he is doing business.

After calling Biotab Nutriceuticals, and finally reaching a service representative, my husband stated that he was not authorizing any further access to his account and that whatever "account" the company established be immediately cancelled. The customer service representative stated that he would comply with my husband's request and cancel the account immediately.

Yesterday, we received an unauthorized shipment of an order that was supposed to be cancelled last week. It also appears that my husband's account is going to be charged another $50.90 for this shipment.

After repeated attempts to contact this company by phone, my husband also ran into the same problem reported by other "customers" duped into a bogus company. He has not been able to reach anyone that can help him with this problem and is constantly placed on hold or told that someone would help him then the phone call is mysteriously disconnected.

We are reporting this problem to the Better Business Bureau, and we suggest others do the same.

Additionally, this company is also sending pornographic DVD's with shipments of their so-called medical supplies.

Please be aware of the reprehensible company Biotab Nutriceuticals--what they are trying to get away with is illegal, and unless intelligent people report this company, they will continue to get away with bilking people out of their money.

This company keeps sending unwanted items that had been canceled and still keeps sending and charged off from my debit card. I called them to tell them I wanted a refund and to tell them stop sending me these unnecessary items but they just hung up on me. I tried keep calling them again but no one answers the phone.
