Thermal Advantage, Inc.
Carl June 2, 2009
I bought new vinyl windows from Thermal Advantage in October 2006. They wanted a $1000 deposit so I wrote the check. Was told that I had 3 business days to cancel the contract but they deposited my check before those 3 days were up. That was okay since I had done my homework and was satisfied with the price and product. There are 2 energy audits that are part of the package. One is done before the new windows are installed with the second being done after the installation. When the windows came in, they were the wrong ones and they... read full review »

Broiler Inoperative
Dominik June 2, 2009
Hello - In 2000 I purchased a double Viking gas ovens ( Model # VGDO271SS) with supposed induction broiler element using an electronic gas ignitor. This part has failed twice in seven years, and the service tech now says the insulation on the wiring is so damaged by the heat, that it also has to be replaced. This Viking product was promoted as a "commercial-grade" oven, yet it has not performed up to the standard that I was lead to believe. I now see that Consumer Reports has recently listed Viking ovens in the "worst repair record" category. Have other homeowner with Viking ovens had this same problem? read full review »

Ameriwood Futon
Eric June 2, 2009
We purchased an ameriwood futon from walmart. The futon's structure is made of metal grid. Within the middle of June, the welding in the grids started giving up. I called up the customer service for a replacement part which they agreed to send. But I never received any replacement part even after a months time. After repeated calls to the customer service they said there is shipping delay in sending the part since it is an exported item. At last by the end of July, the item was shipped to us. By the time the replacement part arrived the... read full review »

The start-up disc causes an error message on my PC, which has to be powered down to erase. The camera uses batteries up at an alarming rate and now I can't download the photos to my PC because the soft ware won't integrate. For the money spent in good faith you would think AOL would back their sponsored products. I apparently am not the only one AOL has ignored in regard to similar problems. AOL you lost a patron, not just for your merchandise, but for your whole d-----d internet system. You just can't be trusted anymore. read full review »

Never shop at sifymall.com. I had placed an order for a sony ericsson cell phone with them. Before placing the order, I had checked with them if the phone was available in the color I had specified. I was told that it is available and I should place the order. I placed the order and even mentioned the exact color that I wanted in the "Delivery Instructions" (as they requested me to do) but inspite of that they did not send me the phone for 3 weeks...I had to contant e-mail them and ask what is the status of my order... read full review »

David Weekly Homes
Ricardo June 2, 2009
Where do I start? We contracted for a David Weekly home in Keller, Texas in August of 2006. We moved into the home in January 2007. The house was finished on time. Our first indication of shoddy workmanship was the plumbing. After the slab was poured we noticed that the water-line for the refrigerator icemaker was aprox 3 feet from the wall. This error resulted in a dead line in my slab and a new water line being routed through my attic which is subject to freezing. The next indication was the kitchen window which was incorrectly framed and... read full review »

California Internet Services
Trevor June 2, 2009
The company provides wireless internet services. First the company made me choose between buying equipment or a two-year contract (which required buying the equipment if leaving) for $500. Then the service was faulty. The net would go down every day, throughout the day, and would be extra slow during peak hours. When I would complain they said that no one else has the problem (I later found out this is not true.) So I found another provider (Airspeed Wireless) who is consistent and reasonable. They installed without a contract, and their... read full review »

Ediblelandscaping.com continues to list items on their website that they do not have in inventory. I brought 2 split ACs from Viveks . They mentioned a cost of 1500-- per AC installation excluding any angle bends and extra pipe lenghts . When the installation people came in they said they would charge 750-- extra per AC as my flat had stone walls . This would have been caught if there was a site inspection . When I spoke to the manager at Viveks Jayanagar, he mentioned that customer site inspection would be only provided by customer request . This is absolutely absurd when the LG service branch in Bangalore says that... read full review »

Gem Shoppin Netork
Jim June 2, 2009
Please let me preface this complaint by giving a brief history of purchases made with GSN. I purchased approximately $25, 000 in jewelry with them in about a two-month period. I had to keep sending a majority of the jewelry back because it simply was not of the quality you would expect when spending thousands of dollars on such items. Up until recently I considered them to be the premier on-air gem shopping retailer. I purchased a yellow sapphire ring costing $2, 975 plus $38.85 in shipping along with a pair of earring for $900 plu... read full review »

Travelodge Suites Phoenix
Trevor June 2, 2009
Upon entering the first room I was assigned, I first noticed the safety lock was torn off the door frame, followed by a grapefruit sized hole in one window, the bed sitting on the floor, the smoke detector hanging off the wall and the phone in pieces. I then was given a "deluxe" room. Better than the first in that it didn't have broken windows, etc. When I went to sleep that night there was no blanket on the bed and when I called the desk I was told we don't put blankets on every bed. I was also given only... read full review »

Since June 23, 2008, RideFlex has been owned and operated by the Taylor family. Shortly after Mike was paid the full amount for the RideFlex website, he directly violated the contract and began operating RidePhx, when it was specifically agreed upon that he was not to do business in Arizona for at least one year. Proflowers free shipping scam
voyjer June 1, 2009
proflowers claims that you qualify for free shipping on all orders. It's a SCAM! They assure that you will be refunded your shipping charges after you purchase the flowers and apply your credit card. Then you find out that the free shipping is not free. You will be asked to join a freeshipping.com club for $9.95 per month and that web company will refund your shipping. I didn't play the game, I wrote proflowers to complain and was politely told that I must have been confused, I am not confused, I was scammed. The old bait and switch scam.
