I have contacted Cingular several times about the charges and they credit them, now I have another $70.00 worth of charges on my phone since February. How do I get this off my bill? I had a very bad experience at Pooja International Gift store, Fremont, California recently. I bought 2 lamps from them in January this year (2008). I paid $35 for them. One worked for a month. The 2nd one burnt out in just 4 days. When I went to return it, the lady there was very RUDE. She refused to even consider my case. She tried to insinuate I was lying. If you list your house you are signing your rights to sell the property yourself for 6 months. we purchased a Philippe Richard set of pots and pans. We have not even used of all the pots yet. The ones we have used have all behaved in the same way. The nonstick finish peels off and rust appears on the exposed metal. Rust also appears on the outside of that spot. I'm the owner of RAD Construction and we recently had a debris bin picked up and were charged for items not in our debris bin such as a washer, dryer, tires, paint etc. I personally loaded this bin with my son and can assure you that these items were not in our debris bin when it left our property. While I was in London on May 12 I made an international phone call using a phone that was in my hostel. The first phone call lasted less than 30 seconds because I dialed the incorrect number and hung up. The second phone call was about 10 minutes. I purchased tires online for my vehicle and was told by AAFES online that they would put them on for me. I took the car to there center today the 19th of April at 1430.
