I have been getting charges from m-Qube, Inc. for months on my phone. I have contacted Cingular several times about the charges and they credit them, now I have another $70.00 worth of charges on my phone since February. How do I get this off my bill? I had a very bad experience at Pooja International Gift store, Fremont, California recently. I bought 2 lamps from them in January this year (2008). I paid $35 for them. One worked for a month. The 2nd one burnt out in just 4 days. When I went to return it, the lady there was very RUDE. She refused to even consider my case. She tried to insinuate I was lying. She had to take back her words when I showed her the bill. But she didn't replace the bad product. I experienced totally bad customer service & bad quality products. I upgrade from a free member to a gold member. I sent them emails to there support centre but the emails came back. I am working hard for them do advertising and get a lot off referrals, surf ads and make a lot of money. Before I upgrade and PAID my membershipfree they answer my emails but now they got the membershipfee money and not answering my mail even through there contact us on there site . Homekeys.net, what a scam artist this broker is… The company offers a flat fee MLS service for $179 but there is a catch. If you list your house you are signing your rights to sell the property yourself for 6 months. I listed 2 homes in 2 different cities with this company and for over 2 months I have not received one phone call. I know my homes are priced according to the market value; so I expected to have some interest but not one call. we purchased a Philippe Richard set of pots and pans. We have not even used of all the pots yet. The ones we have used have all behaved in the same way. The nonstick finish peels off and rust appears on the exposed metal. Rust also appears on the outside of that spot. We are always careful to use medium heat, never high as most good cookware usually requires. When I receive my medication I noticed that on the vial that they had sent me a medication that was way past the expiry date. While I was in London on May 12 I made an international phone call using a phone that was in my hostel. The first phone call lasted less than 30 seconds because I dialed the incorrect number and hung up. The second phone call was about 10 minutes.
