They pretended to be all professional and even sent someone over to our apartment to do an "estimate." They assured us that the estimate would be within a few hundred dollars of the actual prices but once they loaded all our stuff in the truck they demanded over double (150%) of the original estimate. I received multiple charges on my Phone bill for something called ILD Teleservices Long Distance Calls (toll charge inquiries call 800-433-4518). They charged me 14.95 and back dated charges over many months. I have a GE washer that is not even a year old. We called for service on the warranty and waited 10 days for someone to come out just to tell us we needed three new parts and it would be another ten days before the parts would be in.
