We bought a Jacuzzi spa two years ago because we believed it was a quality product. Over the past three months we have experienced two serious leaks, which resulted in the spa being out of service for three months. I have emailed Jacuzzi twice, but have received no response. The local service company doing the warranty work does not seem to be at all concerned about the quality issues. We are very unhappy with both the lack of quality of the product and Jacuzzi's obvious lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We were sold a sigma camera lens from this shop. The sales person had a high priced sticker for this item and led us to believe it was a better lens than the cannon lens. The price was close to $400.00. We came home and found out the lens was priced from $120.00 to $165.00. We were first deceived and misled and. I ordered a pool table from pooltables-direct.com February 2nd over the phone. I asked the young man who took my order about colors, telling him we have oak in our home. He suggested chestnut stain would go with oak, that it would "bring out the grain in the wood nicely." She x-rayed a back molar and even though it was not abscessed she said I had only two choices, have it extracted or have a root canal and crown. First the company is very unprofessional they are quick about taking your money but slow in shipping product as well as responding to any inquiries about your order. I signed a 2 years contract from Rogers wireless cell phone. I paid $400 for the cell phone from my pocket. After 3 months of usage the service is really bad and most of my calls drop. I hired this guy for end of tenancy cleaning and he showed up with only domestic cleaning materials, a hoover that didn't work, a carpet steam cleaner that couldn't even pick up the dust left on the carpet. I just noticed a charge on my credit card that I didn't recognize. I then "googled" the name EZSVER and found the connection to PROFLOWERS. I then looked at my statements over the past year and found that I had ordered Mother's Day flowers in May '08. Called to have 1 deadbolt installed, 1 deadbolt replaced, keys the same for the new deadbolts and to have one deadboat fixed. Was rushing and was told the deadboats would be $195 and $145.
