Monti Movers came to pick up my things on March 27, 2008. We moved from Brooklyn, New York to Kissimmee, Florida. The representative for NY, Jose, informed us that it would take one to two weeks for us to get our things. It is now April 20, 2008 and I still don't have my things. After countless phone calls to them all they say is that my things are in transit. Then they said that it takes 7 to 14 business days not calendar days. This was not what I was told. They can't even tell me when exactly my things were shipped to Florida. I could have hauled them here myself in two days!! I should have!! I trusted this company because in the past my family has used them to move to Puerto Rico and Florida. Please Beware if you use this company. Expect your things to get there in a month!
