Dishonest company
I'm the owner of RAD Construction and we recently had a debris bin picked up
and were charged for items not in our debris bin such as a washer, dryer, tires,
paint etc. I personally loaded this bin with my son and can assure you that these
items were not in our debris bin when it left our property. I have been in business
for 27 years and know what can and cannot go in these debris bins and have never
had any problems. I believe the mix up is being caused because we were scheduled
for 40 yard debris bin but received a 30 yard bin instead. Your invoice states these
items were in 40 yard debris bin. So you must have gotten our 30 yard bin mixed
up with another 40 yard bin. So would please have Dustin or Mark check your records
and get this straightened out. Also this e-mail is to serve notice to you that I'm
going to dispute these charges put on Jamie's credit card if this is not taken
care of by today and a credit issued to Jamie's credit card. After talking
with my son and Jamie it is apparent that Mark and Dustin are really not doing there
job very well. Mark sent the wrong bin and then says he has found the items listed
above in ours which is another mistake on his part. Then we get a bill that has
the Terra weight listed for a 40 yard bin and when Jamie questions this with Dustin
she has to tell him how to figure out the weight per ton and sure enough he is wrong
and that is removed from the bill. Then on the same invoice is a charge for the
current 40 yard bin we have which is charged at three hundred and fifty dollars
instead of the eight hundred and fifty dollar price that was also removed, and you
Mark and Dustin tell us you don't make mistakes. Lets get real here guys you
have both have made mistakes and the biggest one is from Mark saying the items listed
above were in our bin. We are a family owned company and take pride in treating
people with respect and honesty I would hope your company has these same standards
but at this point it really doesn't look like this is true. It is most amazing
to me that instead of correcting this problem you have chosen to take the path of
giving up future business with me, not to mention the eight hundred and fifty dollar
bin we just canceled and any of many jobs I will have, that call for a debris bin.
As mentioned above I have been in business for 27+ years and I can assure you that
I know many contractors and wineries in this area and will be happy to tell them
about your company. Yes all this over your mistake Mark and two hundred dollars.
You just don't get it, it's not about the money it's about the principle
of this. Nice job Mark I'm sure glad your not my General Manager.

P.S. My son spoke with your driver today and he said he remembered our bin and it
had no appliances just wood, your driver is correct, maybe you should talk to him
next time instead of calling your drivers morons.
