I purchased a whirlpool front load washer at trail appliances ltd 2 years ago the washer broke down and I had a repair person come in he told me it needed 3 parts and that it would take 2 to 3 week to get them. After waiting 8 weeks and being told by trail that it will be 5 days every time I called we concealed the parts and brought a new washer and it was not a whirlpool!!! They suck big time!!! My husband and I hired The Custom Edge to Dig out, level and pour a concrete patio in our back yard in Fayetteville, Nc. We ordered a bunked from Kidsfurnishings.com. The company failed to delivery the bed when stated -actually early, which was a huge problem due to the fact that it was gift for a five-year-old and I was out of town and the bed had to sit for three weeks before I arrived home to put it together. We had a bathroom remodel done with them, and they convinced us to let them do the contracting work and project management, as they said it would save us a lot of hassle. File a complaint with the BBB in Ohio. I just did and there are numerous complaints against Accent Energy for these sudden rate hikes in Texas. Its shows that some of these billing issues have been resolved so maybe the BBB is doing something about it where as it does not appear that the PUC of Texas or the Attorney General's Office is doing anything. Raymour &Flanigan new store looks very nice from outside, and their merchandise looks good from a distance. I liked one sofa on line from this store and then checked it out from their stores in Union Square. I am new to building and tried working with this company on panellizing my house. It all sounded nice, they even got a bank to setup a loan with no 10% down through them. But, after months of no progress on a house plan from scratch, $1000 down to start, and $7000 to end business with them, they did pretty much nothing. Do not use Landmark. We made a purchase of a complete King Enlivenment ET w/Perfect Day Boxsprings in the amount of over 2K and within 7 months the springs had sprung. I made phone calls starting in Oct. and was told that they did not know when they could get someone to check it out. I got a new GE dishwasher last year and paid $850 for it. We won't even talk about all of the delivery issues and damaged GE appliances that I refused to accept. From day one, the dishwasher did not work right. It left a filthy residue on the glasses and dishes, so I called GE about the problem. In the 2 years we've had our Hoover Wind Tunnel Vacuum, it broke 4 times. 3 times it has been the belt and one time, the self propulsion function stopped working. If you're thinking of buying this thing, don't. It is absolute junk. Hoover offered to send me a $67.00 vaccum as a replacement if I sent them my Wind Tunnel since it was off warranty. It would cost almost that much to ship the thing to them. What a joke. No more Hoover vacuums for me. The last Hoover I had lasted 9 years. Eastern Refinishing refinished my tub area in April. In doing so, they failed to remove the shower fixtures - meaning that the area behind the handles were not refinished. In July, I replaced the fixture and noticed the problem. When I called Eastern Refinishing, and suggested that they send a technician to correct the issue, the contact became indignant and hung up the phone. We have had a lot of negative experiences with Pulte's home construction. It seems they have undersized the ducts on our home and not provided appropriate dampers to adjust the airflow appropriately (it would cost about $8000 to repair that, but we have chosen not to do that). The air conditioner failed after only 6 years to the tune of about $6300. The main sink faucet valve broke as well. Cal Spoon was hired by the Searcy family in Odessa Texas in October of 2007 to build a new 2 story home. Instead he built a metal shell with no footing under the building. To give you an idea on how bad it is, the average footing for this type of structure, according to a structural engineer that checked the damage, suggested 2 feet at the main beams and 16 inches else ware. We bought a queen size Simmons mattress in 2005. The sales person said the mattress has a 10 year warranty. I asked what was covered? He said well if the mattress fails the company will honor it.
