A&E wins the All around award for worst customer service in the world. Whirlpool and A&E have taken terrible customer service and made it even worse. I Had purchased a sofa at cost of Rs15000 during the month of Sep'07. Till date (Aug'08) There is lot of quality issue. 1) Poor striching. 2) Un tolerable noise during sitting. 3) Tear of cloths. We have purchased eureka forbes "Aqua Guard RO Total" for my house utility purpose in jan'08. They are supposed to do 4 services in the warranty period but they have done only two services so far. After contacting Gandy in order to have a new roof put on my home I agreed to having them do the job based on service promised, cost of job, as well as time till job could be completed. After giving them $4300 down on the job and two reschedules of start time they have cashed my check and now have their phones disconnected. Today I reached another company at Gandy's phone number and was told that Gandy has "gone out of business" and will be contacted by a lawyer to ensure that I get my money back. I purchased a $900 Ethan Allen New Impressions Dining Table in November 2007, thinking that this table would be of tremendous quality that would last a lifetime. I am doing my summer fill I use one tank of lp gas per year and the cost to me will be 706.00 dollars for 300 gallons of gas. I feel this is outrageous for a heating and hot water cost especially when I heat my house primarily with a wood burning air tight stove. Is there ever any relief in sight??? This entire purchase has been a nightmare. They damaged the doorframe bringing in the refrigerator, one man came to install the microwave and dented the vent(chipped the cabinet, also), the control panel on the microwave never was right and it took THREE months to get a new one, the person that installed the dishwasher left the hose too long and when another person came to fix that-he broke the soap dispenser! I purchased an almost $3, 000 leather reclining sofa and chair & 1/2 from La Z Boy exactly a year ago. After 6 months there was noticeable wear and chaffing of the leather on the seat cushions. They came out and replaced the seats, then shortly after the seat started showing wear and chaffing on the chair (that was used less). They replaced that. Bought $17000 in kitchen appliances in March 2008 from Sears at Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD. I bought a microwave of Samsung make 37 liters. It started giving out smoke after few months. I am a consumer of LPG Gas, Conumer No.8740 from Shashi Chandra Gas Agency, Kadru, Ranchi-834002 (Jharkhand) who is dealer of LPG of Bharat Petrolium Corp.Ltd. They are not providing Gas cylinders regularly and timely.Dec'2007 onwards they have been delivering cylinders 25-35 days after booking. To Whom It May Concern: We recently purchased a mattress from Boscov that we feel is defective. It has a weak spot on one side and a ridge down the middle. We complained to customer service and a person came out to inspect the mattress. The person who came out to see it acknowledged the weak area, but Boscov claims it is within manufacturer's specs and refuses to exchange or replace it. I cannot sleep comfortably on the mattress and cannot believe that the ridge down the center and the irregularities in firmness across the surface are up to any standard of quality. Perfect Flame Split Lid Grills have been recalled and are dangerous. I just bought one for my husband for Father's Day this year and the Friday after July 4th he went into the hospital. Sir I am a consumer of Indane LPG (No.19844) through MC. GAS AGENCIES, CHANDAKKUNNU, NILAMBUR, MALAPPURAM, KERALA. The agency takes more than 30 days to provide the delivery of refilled LPG cylinders. When make an enquiry to the Agency they will blame the Indane Company.
