I bought the pool in 2003 at ACME Pool Supply in Yuma. For problems, Acme referred me to the Upland California for warranty. I obtained the email address and contacted them on 11/30/2007. They answered the email on 12/13/07 requesting photos. I sent them photos by email on 01/08/08. They requested copy of the original purchase order and it was sent to them. They didn't respond. I purchased an Atlantis washer from Foxboro Appliance in 2/2005 recommended to me by the owner of the Store. I spent almost $700 This machine is already in need of repair which will cost upwards of $250 require that it be removed from my home and leave me without a washer for about a week. We have a new $4000 refridgerator from Viking that was already here when we bought this new home. My wife is a kitchen designer and those in the know never recommend this brand. The word in the industry is that they spend all their money on marketing and little on R and D. We bought premium Stainmaster carpet from Home Depot in Woodland, California. We picked a dense carpet near the top of the price line. The carpet is absolutely worthless, and within several months showed more stains than the carpet it replaced had shown in 15 years! Common dirt gets ground in and causes stains. Stain removers which worked well on our old carpet don't work on it. Don't buy this carpet... it's terrible! $5, 000 down the drain. Perhaps they call it "Stainmaster" because it stains so easily! I got a price quote on the phone. Also, I was told that I only need to make a 10% deposit and pay the rest with check when my order delivered. I wanted to make sure that we are talking the same item. Dormia will not honor their warrenty. We bought the West Indies II Dinning Table with 6 side chairs and 2 Arm chairs on 8-16-08. When they delivered on 8-22-08, the Table was damaged. the delivery guy told us to keep it and he would ask them to come and exchange it. They do not answer their phone. When I had them out the 1st time, they "fixed" my ac unit and "ordered" a new thermostat. They stated that the thermostat would come in in a few days. 3 weeks later, still no thermostat. My partner ordered American Woodmark cabinets through Lowe's in 2004. We didn't install the cabinets until 2006. Drawers were of poor quality and after complaining to Lowe's the mfg. sent out a rep. Bob's DISCOUNT Furniture is called that for a reason. The couch I ordered was delivered with a hole in the fabric; when I asked for a new one they said they didn't have another one like it and would send some one to repair it. We could not schedule a time to fix it that would work for us so they're solution was to send us a package of fabric. I rented a Maytag washer and dryer from them, in March of 2008 I had problems with my washer I called Aarons in Pittsfield, MA so the could repair my washer it took them 2 months to fix my washer.
