We ordered a mattress on 08/22/08 and sent a personal check to gain an extra discount on the product. Our check cleared the bank days later. After attempting to communicate with the company via phone or email we only recieved one email on 09/19/08 indicating that the mattress would ship the next Tuesday and they would forward the tracking number. This company was not one bit fourth right. They never once told me that you need to pay for the any repairs up front and get re imbursed later. The refuse to return my phone calls. I purchased a $200 vaccuum, once it stopped working I tried to get it fixed or replaced. The warranty company (WCPS of Florida, Inc.) said they would not fix it but replace it. Of course they (without our agreement or consent) have chosen to replaced it with a much cheaper vaccuum. I have been fighting for well over a month to get my vaccuum fixed or at least replaced with a similar type. This warranty compnay refuses to work with me. Our Corporation sold pool tile to Joe Nash and Tiera Nash of J T Enterprises to put into their own pool. They paid with a check that was returned for insufficient funds. After 2 months we still have no payment. The three different phone numbers we had for them have all been disconnected. Their bank account was recently closed too. We now have only one recourse and that is to file a police report and take them to small claims court. Stay clear of these people. Mattress was defective, so they tried to charge me $130 for the return of the box spring + 10% restocking fee and they were sold to us as a set! After they took it back they charged my credit card. They took my regular macy credit card payment and put a portion toward the mattress payment leaving my minimum credit card payment below the minimum payment amount resulting in a tacked on late fee of $28.00. I bought a Maytag Fridge...side by side about 8 years ago. I immediately began having problems with the ice maker. My hot water I had a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe spraying water everywhere.
