My son thought it was too big for the area, even though we didn't take it out of the box, as we told him how big it was and we agreed it wouldn't fit on his new patio. I reside in Tilden Houses (NYCHA). My refrigerator has not been working since Wednesday Oct. 29th. I have made several complaints and just keep getting a ticket number. I have a similar problem (as Collin) with my Rheem Model 21VR75N 75 gallon Water Heater. In my case the water heater (WH) leaked towards the back of the unit so I didn't see that the leak soaked into the house/garage.
