I purchased a houseful of Mohawk carpet from Gary's Carpet in Houston in October 2006. When the sales agent came to see me, I was upfront and honest by letting him know that I needed carpet strong enough that the cat could not pull out any carpet fibers. I purchased a barbecue grill from the Fortunoff store in Southampton a couple of months ago. Within the first week of purchase, I noticed water stains on a few of the surfaces of the grill which would not come out at all, although not all of the surfaces. I have a APC UPS that I use at home. Two weeks ago, I called their customer service center to report that my UPS was dead. This place couldn't set a time to install the drive and took over a month. Then when they do the drive they messed it up by putting in the wrong culvert pipe 24ft, not the 26ft as agreed to. I ordered a kitchen & bathroom furniture from Grupo Kaizensa in San Jose, Costa Rica December 07. Purchased 7/12/08 floor model refrigerator Samsung RS267. When it was plugged in, everything seemed to work, digital readouts on front seemed to go down to the set temperature of 46 degrees. I recently purchased a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee). First of all I like that this is the first coffee maker that keeps the coffee HOT! However, there is a design flaw in the carafe portion. The pour spout is curved downward, which makes it impossible to either fill the tank or pour a cup of coffee without spills. Everytime I have purchased furniture at this location I have been promised a certain delivery time and they can never meet it.
