Do not place a special order from Belfort Furniture in Sterling, Virginia! We have been waiting for 3 months for a desk that we special-ordered to get a wood finish that is not in stock. We ordered the desk on March 1, and our receipt states a 4-5 week delivery, so we have already waited 3 times longer than the promised delivery window! Some - maybe all of wasauna's products do not meet UL or Asni standards. they will sell you the product tell you they will mail you out the certification you need they never send out the proper UL or ansi approval forms which is required by your local city plumbing inspector to accept. Basically they will say anything to sell these products that are made in china and do not meet US standards in many US. cities. I have documents form the state inspectors rejecting their product. Our neighborhood receieved a bid from J.C. Yardservice in Everett, WA to clear weeds and shrubs from a storm pond. They provided a bid of $1, 500 on Jan. 15, 2008 at which time we informed them we were submitting the bid to the City of Renton where we were applying for a neighborhood grant. When the grant was approved, I called them to let them know we got the grant and to schedule the work. We bought a washer/dryer from Lowes. It chewed up all of our clothing a few items at a time. We had problem with pur heat pump. We call our home warrant company and they sent out Fugate heating and cooling. After inspection they deemed the inside and outside unit needed to be replaced. www.2-10.com home warranties advised that they would only replace the outside unit. I have purchased a dehumidifier with extended warranty from the local Sears store (Sioux Falls, SD) a year ago. Now that the new season started, it doesn't work. Bought two rooms of hardwood flooring from a salesman who assured me I was getting a top-notch product at a great sale price. Later found out from a manager at another Rite-Rug store that the product received was considered seconds and that since I paid a sale price I should not expect better. Barcalounger says they are the best build recliner, but under regular use the metal frame broke in two. This same frame is used in lazyboy recliners and they are having the same problem. Technician from Acme came to fix the thermostat and for the check up.. A battery was needed, which we supplied.He did not have time to do the check up, but after looking at it said the unit was rusty and needed to be replaced. We gave him a check for $2000, It was cashed immediately. Too late to stop payment. I had bought a Super 240 pellet stove. Had nothing but problems with it. First of all, no one answers the phone when you call customer support. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. When you do get someone they are very rude and short with thier answers. We purchased a King size King Coil mattress from Art Van furniture in Michigan. Our salesperson told us Art Van owned the King Coil factory and if anything were to happen to the mattress it could be replaced. Carlton Pools in PA built our pool 3.5 uyears ago. The tiles on the Hot tub are falling off. Of course the warranity was for three years, and our pool has been running for 3.5 years. What a scam.
