Anyone interested in buying from the roomstore needs to beware, they are the worst furniture store ever. First when I had me bedroom set delivered they had the nerve enough to deliver the bed with no mattresses. Then when I call the office he says oh yea I meant to call and tell you the mattresses were not in. Now why they heck would you deliver a metal bed frame with no mattresses, they should have just waited till they had it all to have it delivered. I strongly recommend you do not employ this company to do any work in your home or business. They are employed by a house builder who built my home and I have experienced 3 major problems as a result of this plumber's work and it has cost me over $26, 000 to fix them and one has not been completely fixed yet. The owner has been approached to make restitution but because he has no personal integrity and lacks basic honesty, he won't admit to his mistakes and he has refused to accept any responsibility for his work. I was about to buy a ScanPan NonStick Frypan, but then I found out that is was made from PTFE. The company cleverly hides this fact by saying their product is "green" and is not made from Teflon. But Teflon is PTFE and PTFE is known to cause cancer. PTFE is now listed as a carcinogen. So the nerve to sell cookware as healthy when it is made from PTFE. My dad has used a pair of Siemens digital in the ear hearing aids for the past year and they have been a disaster. I was with him when he got the sales pitch from his audiologist and they seemed like a great idea. I Recently took delivery of a $11, 568.62 order and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING came damaged, even the appliances were dented up, furniture was dented, scratched, peeled.
