I ordered six praying mantis egg cases and lace wings. I have not had one lace wing and when I had bought them from gardens alive I had great sucess. I have kept the egg cases on my front porch and check them several times a day. I bought them back 3/18/2010 and still there are no babies. I have contacted this company five times and they do not respond back. I spent seventy dollars with this company and feel very ripped off. All these entries are very interesting. You can also tell that most were written out of anger, and rightfully so. However, I have learned that one should be calm when trying to explain an issue. I received the unit as a gift. When I called in to report that, after only a couple months' use, there is significant oil leakage from under the blade assembly, I was told that I have to contact the person who gave me the blender as a gift and find out where it was purchased. If it was an online purchase, I need to have the order number, in order to get customer service. This is cumbersome and not at all customer friendly. I signed a contract with Formula Homes and paid a deposit for a home. In 10 months I received 2 sets of final drawings, both had the wrong facade and were sent back. I was then sent a variation for the correct facade with an extra cost of $6000. I purchased awnings that looked great in their online advertising. Unfortunately, when the awnings arrived I found that the package was missing some parts and the main bracket, critical for mounting on athe side of my house was manufactured with a bend in it. On top of that, the awnings are not the size that I ordered! Many months have gone by and don't have a set of awnings that I can use. I bought this Legacy home brand new in Late 2008 to replace the one destroyed by hurricane Ike. Almost immediately I discovered structural problems. The floors have humps, the walls are bowed, the siding is cracked, and now I have black mold growing in the cracks (see photos). Our home was badly damaged in the severe hailstorm on March 6th 2010. 11weeks have gone by and RACV continue to send assessors around (4 to this time) but refuse to provide us with any information.It appears they do not want to accept any quotes provided. I hired Penyak roofing to rip out and replace my roof. The roofing material was delivered and they put it on my front lawn! The delivery truck also DAMAGED my driveway!! They seem to know just enough to convince you they'll do a good job but not enough to actually do the job. They promise to show up bright and early in the morning but then do not show up until noon and one day they showed up around 2pm and about three others not at all. I bought a GE washer from Sears in spring of 2008. AFter I had it for 7 months, I was running a load at night, and when I walked into the kitchen area where my washer was running, I came upon a flood in my kitchen. Thanks to Mortgage Relief i was able to keep my home ! I was paying my mortgage to Citi Mortgage, at an interest rate of 5.7%. My monthly payment was over $1500! Mortgage Relief was able to negotiate them down to a payment of $952.53. They were able to save me $567.36 a month ! I do not know what i would have done if it were not for Mortgage Relief.
