Horrible!!! Don't ever buy from Bobs! Its been 2 months since I bought my sofa and still no due date for delivery. Seriously how long does it take to deliver a sofa! Customer service is horrible!!! Don't use Luna for flooring. The sub-contractors that came were terrible, they layed the wood flooring in the wrong direction, directly in contrast to what the installation instructions dictate. It was buckling in a day. They had to come back and rip it up after they lied and told us it was fine. I had cancelled my alarm monitoring contract with Stanley Security Solutions after I was charged a $ 175.00 service call for 5 minutes of blowing air on my keypad. I cancelled in writing by email as well as by phone. I was contacted by their agent and told the person I had contacted no longer works for them and was not very good at doing his paperwork so I had to pay them an extra $ 215.00 to cancell my account. I have tried to work this out with them and they do not return calls and have now turned me over to collections. The original contract I had signed was with Honeywell. Salesman sold a delaminated carpet and said it was a double backed carpet. You just peal off the secondary backing before you install. Our 1-1/2 year old Kenmore washer needs a new transmission. No, we didn't purchase the extended warranty thinking Kenmore was a good brand and would last a number of years. We are retired and have no children at home so it isn't as though a family of 5 is using it. Maybe 2-3 loads a week maximum. My Kenmore garbage disposal stopped working 2 weeks ago. Since it had a 7-year warranty, I called Sears "service" to see what my options were. I have a Kenmore Elite model 795-77553600. The display on the front door started going crazy for about a week and is now completely out. I previously (November 2009) purchased two autogenerators from Calla Breeze which failed miserably in the following ways: 1. The small mini breeze only produced 3 volts, even with winds of 15 mph. I have a stratolounger recliner that is about 3 years old and is in great condition. This chair was used very sparingly the past couple of years and now has been pressed into use, As I said the chair is in great condition, however a problem has arisen in bringing the chair from a reclining position to s normal seating position. It is so stiff that it is very difficult to press the leg protion of the chair down to start the positioning process. You have to slam your legs down very hard to get the mechanism to move. I bought a Samsung range in August 2009. When I received it, I noticed that one of the four burners was not working. I called service right away. Since then, I've received the visit of about 6 technicians, but they never had the right part. Well, it's been 7 MONTHS now, and it still hasn't been repaired. We purchased an expensive Eastlake 50'' x 86'' Dining Table [2375-5086] from Cabot House in Portsmouth, NH around 3 years ago.
