Overstock Deals.com is a rip off. First when ordering they tell you "free shipping". Well when you order your product (kitchen faucet), and it's not what you thought, try returning it. First the say call for a return fax label, then when you call the number is not available to take messages and the return website is down. After muliple days of calling I finally get someone who states, there is a restocking fee of 15% and you must now pay shipping charges. Without doubt the worse customer service experience I have ever had. I have been trying to get my warranty issues resolved for a fogged door lite and peeling paint on two windows since early 2008. These units are not even two years old. No argument from the four weathersheild contacts i.e., local rep 2x/ dealer / regional sales director, about the problem but I can not get them to follow through and replace them. Cimate Guards started doing my parents home almost three years ago. It's still not done!!!(3-2010). Contracted to do stair case replacement. They asked for 50% up front even though I paid for all materials. Written proposal to complete in 3-4 days, it ended up taking 6. Asked for "an advance" (more money) to "repair tools needed to complete job" and again to pay workers at another job. Posts and rails were not sanded down prior to applying stain. I needed to replace my water heater and called Cabrillo Plumbing. They were very professional and came out on time to inspect and give estimate for the job.
