On the 17/3/10 my mother spent nearly three and half thousand dollars buying a fridge, a plasme tv and a gas stove. The stove was natural gas and we only have lpg, the sales assistant (simone) told us the stove came with a conversation kit and that i'd be able to fit it myself. Doors are not manufactured as per product approval testing documents. Missing structural silicones causing doors to leak and delaminate. Sales came from City Architectural, distributor is S & S millwork in Tampa who both failed to report this to Weathershield for several yrs. Both claimed it was the owners fault. There is only ONE THING WORSE THAN DACOR PRODUCTS, it is DACOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought our 1st coffee maker (for $2, 700) in the summer of 2006. I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced. The tiles were so loose that he said his installer could probably remove the tiles without breaking them. I could then clean the adhesive off the backsides and they could reuse these tiles. I purchased from Menards a mastercraft door. I since, learned that Mastercraft is owned by Menards. Door was installed in December 2009. In March 2010, I came home to find a small kink in the mini blind inside the 2 panes of glass. So I tried to open and close the blind, but the kink was still there. ATG showed a very nice soap dispenser priced at $78. I ordered it. They charged my credit card. A person called and said the posted price was wrong and the correct price is $157! I said cancel the order, I don't do business with a company that doesn't honor its posted price. She said I could have it for $134. I said no thanks. I canceled the order. On 11-13-2009 the salespeople came at a charge of $53.17 to check my complaints of sags, lumps, soft spot and noise. They fluffed the mattress, pulled the pillow top and measured. Lost power due to storm on Saturday, Mar 13 promised restoration of services no later than following thrusday 4pm. As of 11am Friday services not restored and will no longer make commitment as to when full service will be restored. I was initially approached at my home by Randy Finley and signed the contract for a complete roof replacement to be done with his son, Joshua Finley. I purchased Laminate flooring, Tarkett EZ Plank, worse purchase I, ve ever made, the flooring was cheap . You had to be careful when interlocking the pieces, they were like cardboard and would break off on the end pieces. Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. My son confirmed that the furniture was not opened in front of him in the store. They are refusing to replace them as they say they were not damaged when they left the store. Refuse to credit back the money for the missing bed until they find out where the bed is...even though in their system it is showing the bed was not delivered to me because the pounds on what was delivered is 36lbs when the bed is about 120LBS. Bought entire house full of furniture from these guys - including large L shaped leather sofa. Within a month the leather on the L part of sofa started changing in texture. After inspection by leather "expert" - i was promised a same day return call, which never happened. When I followed up myself - I was told : thats just too bad m'am. We paid $700 for an Oreck Upright Vacuum with a 21 yr. warranty. The warranty is only good if you have it serviced by them once a year. At the time we purchased the vacuum, it was from a dealer fairly close to our home. Now there are only two dealers here, in a city of almost 3 million people, and they are both almost an hour away from our home. In the past, they would do the maintenance work (which only took about 15 minutes max.) while we waited. Now, they both want you to leave it for up to a week's time.
