Marlo Sucks don't buy from them. After ordering furniture from Marlo they showed us 2 hours late against a 4 hour window (6 hours) the first delivery date. They tried to assemble the tables and were missing parts so they had to reschedule, After waiting another 3 hours the second delivery they still could not assemble tables because they were missing parts. I put $500 down on a diningroom set and livingroom set that was told that would be available for pick up on that saturday of 3/13/2010. And returned on the 13th of Feb. and was told that it did not come in on the truck, and it should take another 2wks. then I told Carlos the salesman that I wanted my money back because I could not wait that long. Bought a new base and Mattress. Complained two days after delivery - unable to sleep on mattress. Was informed today (2 weeks after brand new bed was delivered) that nothing is wrong with mattress and would not be replaced. (Inspection was done by somebody who took 2 or 3 pics and who refused to either touch the bed or to lie down on it!!! We are not able to sleep on it at all. I had some tree work done by Michael's Tree and Landscaping a few days ago. Not only did they do a great job, but they got it done very quickly. There price was more than fair and they even worked in the rain just to get the job done. They even did some extra clean-up that was not part of the job. I ran the self-clean on the oven for approximately an hour. I shut the oven off and while the oven was cooling, the interior glass of the door exploded. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. Right away he acted as though there was a major problem with our system. In fact, he told us our A/C which is cooling just fine needed to be replaced. We bought a split king with the adjustable base and their Crowne mattress in Jan 2009. From the beginning my husband's mattress was softer than mine and prone to cratering. We called and complained to the company, but were told this is normal adjustment of the mattress as it is broken in. In April of last year i was contracted to reseal two walkways and a patio for mr price. A very common Job for stamped concrete. the patio had extensive Salt damage and chips where the surface was gone. it needed to be re-colored as well as sealed. My husband and I purchased this mattress on the advice of our son and his wife. They purchased their mattress 2 years before we purchased ours and they have never had an issue with theirs. the easiest job I ever seen and not even close to satisfactory and I would not recommend to anyone. They never showed up the first time scheduled and I had to call to find out why, and the job was obviously bad and I even stated it before they left. They said we'll see when it rains. I ordered a table from Madison Seating on 2/27/10. Called on 3/4/10 to see when it would ship, and was told that it would ship next week. Called again on 3/10/10, and they informed me that it would never ship, because they didn't ship this piece from Canada any more!
