I called Zducts Inc to get my air ducts cleaned for $40. The technician came out and said i had holes in the ducts and they would rip if they cleaned them and that i need to replace all the duct work. They wanted $5500 to replace 14 vents and install 2 more vents with R6 ducts that have some polymer material inside and fiberglass on the outside so rats can't chew into the ducts. Mirage Pools commenced work on installing our pool in June 2009 and is continuing to this date. They have never come back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls and faxes sent to their office. Ken Broughton, Managing Director and founder of Mirage Pools refuses to answer any phone calls and is never in the office. Went in to inquire about 6" Car Siding, they had it in their computer for 0.33 per foot. (3.30 per 10' board) The Contractor Desk person never mentioned that it was a sale price. Hired them to repairs two cracks in my basment, they gave me a five year guarentee. Three years later the cracks began to leak again. This is a very poor quality floor that cannot handle changes in temperature. Even with 25% plus humidity in my condo (which is recomended by this manfuacurer) these floors separate. Enough Harrasment This is a complaint for a Indane gas dealer called ( Nath Traders (gas agency) of Indian Oil Corp (Indane), Zamrudpur, New Delhi (near GK-I) New Delhi, Delhi 110048, INDIA) . Purchased Nirvana Laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Pittsburgh PA. Once purchased was told all sales were final - no returns. Prior to instaLlation my contractor and myself realized just how inferior this product was. The floor crumbled in my hands with little pressure- but I was stuck - I couldnt return the product! Mark Besnos, the "project manager, " at first appears to be an honest contractor. However, when the contract is signed (or cancelled) he turns into a character who at the best, acts unprofessional, and at the worst, plays dirty. His contracts allow for a three-business-day period for cancellation, so please consider the situation thoroughly before that period is up; luckily, in this case, we got out. I await the refund of my deposit. The roof of the gazebo collapsed. But the problems of the gazebo started from the beginning and Old-Growth and Raul F. Sears used the wrong part on my Snowblower. Repair lasted 5 minutes. Then they would not refund my money. Actually, they waited just over a month to tell me that last part. My theory is that they try to bypass the credit-card charge-back period (which I have now proceeded with). I have Devics disease and I am in and out of the hospital due to the damage to my spine which causes me to lose all use of my legs. I have a hospital bed at home but when I’m in the hospital I noticed that the mattresses I lay on for up to 3 days relieves most of the pain in my spine.
