I moved to my current address in December of 2008. When I moved the electricity and gas was already on. So I had to go to both and get the bills switched to my name and start anew with my accounts. We purchased a lawn mower from WalMart. They conned us into their extended service plan. The lawn mower didn't work so we returned it for another--the next one worked for approximately one week. Hi, I have purchased a Samsung AC along with other products from AC (32" LCD TV, a mobile phone and a refrigerator) in 2007. This was one of the worst ever investment or rather burning of money i have ever done. My AC was working well for an year and few months. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. contracted w/them to install sod; the quality of the sod was horrible we wound up taking them to small claims court. It was obvious they had been there many times before as the guy sure sounded like an attorney - we are senior citizens with no experience in court. Unfortunately, the judge ruled against us as we were not prepared properly. Looking at the court records, this company has been sued many times before.
