The door installer installed doors in my house and couldn't wait for me to get home to check the work before I authorize payment. I told installer that I will call the office to charge my credit card when I get home from my office and after inspecting that the work was done to my satisfaction.
The installer left without waiting for me and then told the Office Secretary to charge my credit card - the same card that I was charged for the initial deposit.
This practice is unacceptable. The company should not have charged my credit card without my authorization. How did they know that I wanted to charge the same card! read full review »

I ordered four concord grape plants from TYTY. They canceled my order with out telling me. When I didn't receive them I called and was told I would have to order a total of five plants to meet the minmum purchase. What they didn't tell me was they had increased the price so I received smaller, younger plants.
When the plants arrived I planted them. Four survived. There are two different varities of grape. Never again. I have purchased plants from other suppliers over the internet and always received what I ordered but not from TYTY. Good by. read full review »

My husband and I bought a Samsung Refrigerator 3 years ago from Lowe's . I love the refrigerator until March 2010. The freezer section froze up and to be defrosted manually. I called Rick's Appliance, a local repair company. The service tech came out and told the door to the freezer wasn't closed all the way and the freezer froze up, plus the icemaker ceased to make any ice. Also, I would see water under the frig at times and I would just clean it up thinking someone has dropped an ice cube.

I would not purchase from this store if they would not agree to my request. We purchased a Lift Chair for my 83 yr. old mother who had hip fracture repair and complications afterwards and needed this to help her to sit and stand. We were given a great deal of encouragement when looking at this in showroom with the wonderful 5 yr. warranty on motor and electrical parts and 7 yr. warranty on mechanical lifting mechanisms moving parts /frame. From the first moment in the store the salesman lied and said anything to please me. I found that out 6 deliveries later still without recieving the appropriate product, that most of which he "promised" me, he would NEVER have had the ability to produce. I have tried to get in touch for the last month to no avail. They have charged my CC a long time ago. They gave me a confirmation # that gives me access to information for the tree I have ordered. It is been claimed that the tree has been shipped since 5/7/10. They do claim that the tree should arrived in 2 weeks (for North America) after order (placed in April). Have warranty with Shield Star been waiting almost 2 months to have my dish washer fixed. Getting run around by company. thy want to give me $200 to buy a new dishwasher, the one thy do not want to fix is a top of the line GE cost new $900. The cost for the part to fix is $330 + labor. WE BOUGHT OUR DISHWASHER, AND IT HAD NEVER CLEAN CORRECTLY. IT'S A MAYTAG QUIET SERIES 300. THE RECALL IS FOR 2006 UNTIL PRESENT BUT OURS IS OLDER AND WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. The owner / Neill Thompson dropped the ball on every aspect of our pool installation. "your call is very important - then hang up" I placed an order in 10/30/09 and immedidately sent it back because it was too small. I asked for a refund. Have a two year old Carrier with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. The King valve assembly leaked out all the freon. the dealer found the leak and ordered the parts from Carrier on Wednesday June 2, 2010 and today is Monday June 7, 2010 and still no parts. The contractor, Angel AC LLC told them that my system was not working due to a stuck valce which in turn failed because of an incorrect installation. Efficient Attic Systems- Offices in Houston and Dallas, some other cities aas well. I worked there for 38 weeks as an installer of attic ventilation. The amount of sketchy sh it they did and continue to do is unbelievable. Talk about bad customer service. Had a contract to have garage built in 5 months (weather pending) almost 2 years later and I'm still dealing with their BS. They didn't obtain correct permits, estimate was way way way off. We are apalled & disgusted with this company.We bought a Treviso Kingsize bed which was delivered on November 16th 2009.We have since found it to have WOODMITE in the wooden feet.We complained straight away & were told we needed to wait for it to be inspected first.My husband took a day off work & waited for the inspection to be carried out...he didn't turn up!

Pocession of Mall has been delayed for more than 2 yrs, builder keeps asking for money without commiting any pocession date. After3 reminders he has send a threat that the Agreement Dead will be cancelled. Therefore, making sure that we are completely at the mercy of the builder. In such a case how do we get help ? He has not paid any interest on the amount paid towards the shop do far, but is asking us to pay an interest of 18% for delay in payment as per construction. This company has lied to us several times after we signed the contract. We had several warantee issues that they refused to take care of so we had to go to arbitration (per contract). Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. Hired Scott's (National Lawn Care Company), in April 2010. I just had a new yard put in March 21, 2010. They came out to treat for ticks and sprayed our yard in April 2010. They then came back on May 12, 2010 and sprayed Insectidice again along with fertilizer and weed killer. Now my yard was the best it had looked in a while.
