We purchased a Kent RO system in August 2009, which has been having problems with water purification performance ever since October 2009 onwards. We would need to make atleast half a dozen phone calls for a service person to attend to it. To top it, he would identify the problem to replacement of candles etc (within such a short period?!), but he would not have the spare part with him, nor would he promptly replace the spare part shortly. We contracted with Lowe's (Fernly)for the construction of approximately one hundred feet of vinyl fencing. This included one walkway gate and one eleven foot wide, two section, gate for entry into the rear yard. Silver State Fence & Stain were subcontractors to build the fencing. Slipshod work. I ordered four single rolls of wallpaper. When I got the second role about four feet into the roll there was a misprint and I had to cut off the paper which caused me to have to patch one roll of wallpaper. I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine. Due to its quality working, I sparingly use it ; especially for washing heavy bed sheets. The local service centre at Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India had collected two years contract amount for extended warranty. We purchased a Samsung split-type airconditioner for our home office. They were fast in delivering the unit but their after sale service is very poor. After only 30 days of purchase the unit stopped working displaying an error code E2 03 on the indoor monitor unit. Canadian Tire staff are extremely rude here in N.E. Calgary! We bought a gas Featherlite Weedeater which in fact was not feather light at all. We filled it with gas/oil and found that it did not perform very well, it was very heavy, the ripcord was very hard to work and it did not have a guide like some models which helps to ensure you do get too close to plants or hedges. Bought a Husky Power Washer 1800 psi at Home Depot, and immediately returned it because my garden hose actually generated more pressure without it! If you think that's bad, it gets worse...
