We had water damage due to our frig leaking. The repair guy showed up quickly and proceeded to saw out out hardwood floor, tear out all the trim before even stating what the extent of the damage was. Received a sofa on 5/24/2010 that was ordered as part of a warranty claim exchange from December 2009. It was supposed to be brand new. Upon delivery, delivery person explained it was not delivered in wrapping because they wanted to inspect it first. All seemed ok at first. I bought a Craftsman 54 inch lawn tractor in april of 2009, and within 2 months it broke down. a technician came out to service it, and discovered it was manufactured improperly with a bent frame. Picked out furniture at Waco Store. Had to wait for delivery to distribution center. Husband pickup sofa and brought home.. unwrapped and found tear in back. Called store, talked with person who sold me furnitre, he said everthing would be taken care of. They had to order another couch. Gabriels floors/ Prada builders in Il Took my money and ran off. Had them install new floors and refinish old wood floors. Did a Very Bad job, didn't install them right. Metalman Roofing showed us pictures of the work they had done on flat roofs simular to ours. It was only after they had secured our business that the foreman of the job admitted they had never done a roof like ours. It took longer than they said it would and the roof still leaks. Our attempts to get it fixed right were all pretty much useless. And the insurance bond they showed us also turned out to be unuseable. Sears' A&E Services sent out a truly incompetent technician to our house THREE times to repair our dishwasher. Each time, he ordered a completely new part and tried to install it. On the third time, he even broke the latch door. (This was a brand new, top of the line stainless steel dishwasher.) He makes a habit of taking deposits for jobs, then does not complete the work. He does not pay his employees on time and that's if he pays them at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM M&I FLOORING. Maria is extremely bad coordinator and doesn't follow-through. We were sold on tile and lamenant flooring and install. As a gift, my sister bought me an inflatable queen size mattress at Amazon.com, in March 2010. It was not unpacked or used until several weeks later due to its intended user being away. Purchased kitchen set from Wickes and Stainsafe warranty. Purchased in October 2006. The set has upholsted chairs and tere are some stains and I wanted to ask what to do. I guess I know.
