Sold a wedding dress and did the alterations. The dress does NOT look like it was supposed to. It is now so tight that my son's fiancee cannot breath and it is forcing what little skin she has out. She is by no means fat as the dress is below a size zero now. Also, the bra that "Norma" sold her now shows and she had the nerve to state that she saw it showing before the alterations but sold it to her anyway. In January 2009, I ordered a snowblower I desperately needed from these people. I paid $679.95. I was in this store buying a whole new kitchen. Cabinets, counter tops, sink, and all the things you need for a brand new kitchen. I have purchased the electrosmart device which supposedly saves electricity by switching the geyser on and off on preprogrammed times. Company is self insured and administered by BCBS of Georgia. BCBS has refused payment for radiation therapy for a prostate cancer patient. Their excuse is that the treatment is not FDA approved. This is not true because it is covered by Meducare. They consistently pay network providers as out of network. Some claims are refused the same day they are submitted. My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin. My homeowners insurance lapsed. EMC mortgage sent me a notice. I ran down to the courthouse to pay the taxes, they already had. I bought a new insurance policy from Liberty Mutual and before my payment was received EMC sent the premium for the whole year!! I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you.
