This company is such a ripoff. I received my order a week after I ordered. Took the product one week, found out I could not take it because of health problems it caused. Ordered a cell phone from cellhut.com, and by the following day i had 12 e-mails advising that the e-mails did not have enough to identify me. I sent them a second e-mail address and was advised that that was insufficient. I then cancelled my order on july 24th was was the second day after i placed my order on july 23rd. The order was confirmed cancelled on july 24th, but i keep getting e-mails that my order is still opened and that i cannot cancel the transaction. I ordered a several surveillance cameras and the software for outside my liquor store. When it finally arrived (5 months later) it was installed as I directed. After installation the program that it was suppse to work was infected with a virus that now when you start it it automatically restarts my compter. The cameras are broken and never work, I actually had a robbery attempt and the camera/software did not work. Please stay away from this company. I was recently disappointed with Wal Mart and their handling of a return. My son received an American Express Gift card for his birthday. He purchased a toy at Wal Mart. The cost of the toy exceeded the amount of his gift card so I paid the difference. Mr. Narayan had complained and taken the washing machine for repairing it at the Goa LG service centre soon after 2 months he expired and the Service technicians say drum was broken after it came back from Delhi (their H.O) they say the knob spring is broken and even the gasket is given way so total I am his daughter after using this machine for 5 years we will have to spend approx. We signed up while the new gym in Olari was under construction. They said there would be a pool. They are trying to model the business on USA type gyms, but they don't teach USA type customer service to all of their staff. My wife and I wanted to cancel, they said we can not. Even though we did not get what we signed up for, when I spoke to customer service they said they would have to sue in court or have debt collectors pursue us. We had the money so we had to file an admendment and we sent 3 legal proofs that my wife has Primary Physical Custody of thier daughter.
