I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you. I ordered a product that I have not been able to find anywhere else because it was discontinued. The picture of the packaging on the Medichest website was excactly what I was looking for so I ordered it. When I received the item, they substituted a replacement product and charged me $24.95 for an item that I could purchase anywhere for $11.95. I wrote a check out for that amount last Thurday, 04/09/09 and he cash the check already. He said that he would start the work Monday if the weather permitted. I too have been a victim of Easy Saver-EMI. In my case it went on for 11 months without my knowledge. I was deployed with the military and someone else was overseeing my checking/debit card account statements. My verizon bill has had extra charges on it from USBI who has been fraudulently billing me as a long distance carrier since 06. I am amazed that this is allowed to go on with no accountability. Upon contacting them I was told that I would be canceled but there was no chance of any reimbursement. I also was not given any confirmation number. Bottom Line Books keeps sending their annual book despite notes sent to the on the prior bill. These books are unsolicited and there is no apparent way to stop delivery. According to others in this predicament, if you fail to pay for this unsolicited book they threaten to mess up your credit report. All of our appliances are Kitchenaid and are nothing but problems. Latest one is the built in oven. While baking, the lower element burned out and burned a hole in the bottom of the oven.. BBMP is working on the road laying and widening project in Panathur road in Kadubeesanahalli located near Marathahalli. The road is the only way to Panathur and other villages in that area. Daily lot of light and heavy vehicles are using the road. Most of the people of the area are uneducated people or less educated people. BBMP is laying that 200m road for more than 6 months. In August of 07 I purchased and 10x10 ShelterLogic canopy through Northern Tool Co. I have used the canopy 9 times in the past year. The last time I used it I noted a corner strut had broken completely and one of the corner assemblies is badly cracked. Both Northern Tool and ShelterLogic have told me there is nothing they can/will do becuase the product has only a 1 year warranty. I have written to ShelterLogic asking that the frame be replaced as it is practically unusable and the damage has to be from defective construction or materials. You take your prescription in, drop it off with your insurance info and when you pick it up they inform you your insurance will not pay or can not connect with thier system. They suggest you pay full price for the medication - which you do - cause you need the meds. Afterwards, they file your insurance claim and collect and then refuse to return your money... Nice scam, surprised the insurance companies haven't caught on. Oh, BTW, the insurance company doesn't care and the store manager is always in a meeting. Prime Time Shuttle made a reservation for myself and my wife to be picked up at the Burbank CA Airport. Upon our arrival, no shuttle was to be found. In June of 2009, I requested a home loan modification application from MetLife Home Loans. To date, my application has not been processed. I have sent in six modification packages(two of the packages were sent certified mail).
