This is the most annoying and rude company on the entire planet. Their agents are relentless and because of their calls to my office several times daily I am at risk of being terminated. I have asked numerous times for this to cease but they continue doing it. I am fully aware of the fact I owe these people money (small amount) and made my payments each month on time for 2 yrs and drafted out of my account automatically. After a while, they increased my monthly payment and did not notify me and this resulted in arrears and extreme overcharged interest. Complete fraud is what they are and wish I had the means to hire an attorney to sue the hell out of these manipulating and scary people. I told them under the circumstances with the economy in the proverbial "crapper" they should be thrilled that I can pay anything at all..naturally I did not get a pleasant response from that but threats of sending my to collections and court...well bring it on jerks..There is one person, Ms. Hughes, that is the most mean spirited, uncaring, ruthlessly overbearing person I have ever dealt with. I also work in the public eye..hundreds daily and I would expect to get the hell slapped out of me if I spoke to a patient like she does her prey. I just a few minutes ago which is why I am writing this asked her once again to NOT call me on my job. I hung up the phone and she called right back..asked her again and she informed me that she would not quit calling and she would be a thorn in my side until she got what she wanted from me..they call all burn in hell...
