This is the second DVD/VCR of same model within 1-1/2 months. The VCR keeps eating my tapes. It will eject the cartridge, but the tape is stuck inside the unit. It does not happen every time nor does it happen on the same tape. I called Samsung Support and an 18-year old “Ben” told me it’s common sense that you are not to eject a tape if there is a preset timer for a recording, even if it’s two days from the time you want to eject the tape. On Saturday October 7, 2006 I purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger from this Dealership, which is about 50 miles from my home. When I test drove the vehicle everything worked fine. 1 day later, a noise began in the engine and the CD player stopped working, at the time of sale the salesman informed me that the Ford warranty had elapsed, so he would cover the vehicle for 1000 miles. We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business. When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home. Dealership checked with DHL and they say that they delivered the package on 09 October 2006. We were at home the entire day - the package was not delivered. I have been a Diamond member with Hilton Honors for numerous years. I do have one of the few remaining mutual funds accounts that enable myself and my domestic partner to both to be on the same account. The box claims you can install this unit into your electric socket either horizontally or vertically. You CANNOT install this horizontally. The lights on the track have ring that fits over the light. When the lights get hot the ring falls off. The "hot ring" falls off the light. We bought our stacking Frigidaire (top load) washer/dryer about seven years ago. We had an old Frigidaire pair that we gave away when we bought this troublemaker. The old washer filtered the water so the lint did not get into the pump and stop it up. This new unit has no such feature and occasionally "surprises" us with about 20 gallons of water on the floor. I shipped a Pioneer Receiver in May 2006 to London by DHL, it arrived damaged, DHL report states “Due to rough handling the equipment got crushed” Because the equipment was insured for transit I submitted a claim on the 12th May 2006. Despite supplying detail information about the equipment, (out of the box failure etc), six months later DHL have not acknowledged my claim, nor have they made any indication towards a settlement.
