My Aquaguard i-Nova model is under warranty which has a recurring problem, it stops functioning at frequent intervals. repeated complaints has been made but only temporary repairs were always made, but the problem which is in the circuit (as told by the mechanic) has been replaced by another used /old circuit and not a new one which the mechanic always insists is new. read full review »

I cancelled my earthlink dial up account, they made it difficult. There is no way-on the internet, to cancel. Once I told them I was copying the text in the chat and would post it online, they found a way to get a supervisor to cancel it. Then they asked for a security word, which they had wrong. I agree wholeheartedly with all of the submitters here complaining against Wild Blue Communications, Inc. I also had many problems with speed rates, "down times", phone call waiting times, return calls...not at all what they advertise. However, the installation set-up went fairly smooth (one date change only due to inclement weather.) Thsi system we havee purchase one month back. Within few days of installation your servicee engineer Sylesh visited the system asnd addjusted the internet options. Sincee then we are unable to access the broad band connection properly. We have made several calls to your service center but no action has been taken from your side. Recently all the documents in my documents in drive C vanished In Paint Text is not comming. CD is not accessable either for reading or for recording. Called for a service call to fix rod of shutter. Was told on the phone that the call would be $95.00, which I agreed upon. Service person came out and fixed the problem. When we looked at the bill there was another charge of $50.00 for high work.
