I bought a SUV from them for $23k. The car contained no owner's manual and was missing an obvious part of its interior. I needed to bring the car in for service for this part and to get a hitch installed. During this 2 week time period my salesman had been fired/quit. I have two sets of Citadel doors. I have been trying to contact the company for 6 weeks to purchase replacement parts. They put you on hold by phone for ever and do not respond to E-Mails. I ordered some cheesecake bites and they are nothing like the pretty picture makes them look like. It says nothing in the promo about the baited being deep fried. Whose idea was this? We have had British Gas Homecare agreement for a number of years. Our boiler used to get serviced in September of each year. It then went to October. On Oct 25, 2007 I ordered the series Saved by the Bell dvd's. On Oct 29 they charged my debit card 165.92 and again on Oct 31 for 165.92. I called them on the 31 and they said they would credit my account. On Nov 15 I called them and they kept hanging up on me,so I called the fraud dept at my bank and they called them. After a recent purchase and installation of replacement Farley Windows from The Home Depot of Canada, I have learned the windows allow water to leak into the house. If water leaks air may leak, too. I recently returned an item with the receipt. I asked for store credit but they told me it had been over 90 days and I couldn't return it. It was not a seasonal item and they carry it all the time. I am a person who keeps all receipts. This tells me that I would have been better off to take it in without a receipt. At least I could have gotten my store credit.
