I took the discovery cruise from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas. This was one of my worst experiences. I ship should not have left the port that morning. The east coast was experiencing colder than usually temperatures and we experienced very rough seas. The captain made a big mistake when he decided to leave. This house was built in 2004 and had a tile counter top constructed. I purchased this house in 2006 from Richard Suttle (contractor) and shortly the grout started cracking and coming out. The tile is loose all over the counter top. I contacted Richard Suttle and he contacted Rease Dunn (the tile layer) but this Rease Dunn will not contact us about this problem. He put the tile directly on plywood and appears not to have used waterproof glue as the tile shifts cracking the grout. We do have to have the tile removed and replaced. Is there anything we can do? Fedders sells air conditioners at Walmart and Sam's Clubs across the nation. The problem is it takes 6-9 months minimum to have one serviced and longer than that to get any satisfaction out of the company. I placed an order for a DVD on December 20. On December 22 my credit card was charged and I received a UPS tracking number. However, the order was never shipped. The tracking number from UPS reads "Billing information received" and has remained in that state ever since. It is now January 9th and the order STILL hasn't been shipped. A charge of $179.50 appeared on my credit card for a company I never heard of. I called the company in question from the number displayed on the charge my credit card company supplied. A lady named Vanessa with a foreign accent offered to cancel the charge and gave me a confirmation number, she then started asking personal financial information. I refused to give her anymore info and she replied that the charge would be cancelled. The number I called was 323-817-3205. Loan companies love late payments and hate online banks. GE Money Bank has solved this problem by simply issuing false billing statements and illegally obstructing the victim's efforts to resolve the 'error'. I am very disappointed about USAVE CAR RENTALS. The Corolla we rented at USAVE had flat tire on the high way. The Agency requires us to take full responsibility for the tire. They said that we either have to pay for them to repair the tire or we have to replace a brand new tire for the car.
