I made arrangements to pay off a debt. I got a letter later that month stating that they were sending my loan elsewhere. I returned the letter requesting the cheques they had ( there not handling my account, they don't get payment right?) I didn't here from them for 3 months. We had the same problem as sooo many others, but we had good luck with getting the bad HV board replaced free of charge even though our frig. was 4 mos. out of warranty. It seems to help if you mention this website when you call and tell them you know the scope of this problem. All in all, we were pleased with the service we received. We had a new board at our house within three days and installed the next. I applied for an HSN credit card to purchase the Gateway Laptop MT6460 that was advertised on HSN channel on television where payment would be deferred for one year. Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge. I went to 2 Chrysler dealerships looking for a mini-van. I went to 2 dealerships in my area that are about 5 miles from each other. Both places treat customers like they don't matter. I purchased a new 2007 Softail Standard last year. Since than I have been using the motorcycle without major issues. The first warranty revision came up last month with 1.600 km and I took the motorcycle on Dec 15, 2007 to the dealer in Rio de Janeiro where was purchased. The only address I have is from my Discover account. These charges began on 9-17-07 after a charge to J C Penny on 8-28-07. I called the 800# and it said "welcome to JC Penny Fun and Family Rewards." I have always found J C Penny to be reputable and I wonder if that company is really a part of this but should know. Charges of $9.95 have been made to my Discover from 9-17-07 to 12-18-07. I noticed an unfamiliar (pending) charge of $28.89 on my bank account on 1/17/08 from this company 555 Diet Challenge. I could not find the number anywhere. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had filed claims about the same false charges. After contacting my bank I was told to call back as soon as the charge was posted to my account. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient! ASC can't seem to finish anything..I have been verbally approved for a modification to my loan and no one can finish this and you can't seem to escalate because they just pass you from department to department duplicating steps... they claim to have access to the same info, but it's clear they do not. Pizza Hut has always been our favorite. I tried to place my order on line it stated carry out only so I called in my order for delivery. I ordered 3 Pizza Mia Pizza's and boneless honey BBQ chicken. Claims they have a no-hassle guarantee, trick people by time frame,phone number is just a recording, block email address. This company has taken 36.00 out of my bank account under a Joann Gallie on the check as the check holder. Because of this I have two 25.00 insufficient funds fee that I had to pay and I had to pay a 35.00 returned check fee to a merchant because their unauthorized draft of my account, for a total of $120.80 out of my pocket.
