I bought a book via Amazon Marketplace. I never received the book. I called SuperBookDeals, and had to speak with a very rude woman. Eventually, she told me that the inventory was empty. I asked her why they could not do me the favor of letting me know in advance. The woman then yelled at me, and when I asked to see the supervisor, she hung up. I am still waiting on a refund. I ordered two printer ink refills, which Printpal claimed had the same OR BETTER quality than new ones. Both of them do not work, they print in streaks and the papers come out unreadable. I am knowledgeable with computers so this is not an error on my part, they gave me two bogus products. The worst part is I would have to pay shipping to return them, according to their less-than-competent customer service team. I have shopped at ridegear.com several times over the last couple years but my most recent purchase was never shipped to me. I spent $67.49 on a jacket and my credit card was immediately charged but the jacket was never shipped. No e-mail saying it was shipped was ever sent. Actually, I don't use it anymore but my partner is a newbie and it suits him just fine. I chose Vektron over Micron because it had a better software option. The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. They also failed to reimburse me for any of the extra money I spent for next day air even though it took four weeks to get the product. My experience could not have been better. I inquired about whether the camera was new and was told it was. I ordered the camera, they telephoned me and offered an extra battery etc. The price was $100 less than any other "store" and I received my new camera as scheduled. I should have smelled a rat, when this company did not provide any telephone number or address. The only way to communicate with Bridgeport Bankruptcy was through a rectangular square on their web site. Then, they would reply by sending a message to your e-mail address. They even warned that the e-mail address used in sending their messages to you would not be responded to - that only that rectangular square on web site would receive attention. Marquita Penny and Otis Brown rented from me in Paris, Texas and skipped out after only four months of a year lease. The property had been newly remodeled prior to their moving in and was in immaculate condition. After four months they had created 2k in damages and left the property trashed.
