On occassion I suffer a complete loss of digital signal from this station. I have complained to the station and was told that there was a tranmission problem from the station to the satellite transmitter and that a fiberoptics cable was installed and should solve the problem. It hasn't. I still get that "signal lost" notice on my screen. Would it be possible for you to work with the station to figure out what's wrong? I was then charged $87.13 twice and never received that product either. Lucky for me my bank reversed the charges for me as products not received.
