Unauthorized charges of $34.95 was removed from my debt. acct for products I did not order on 12/13/2008. When I called the company he first told me he would credit my acct. for the money. I felt like total RIP OFF! I had a really bad experience with these company. I scheduled a move early in the morning at 8:30 and they didn't showed up till 12:00. They were not even sorry for this and the lady behaved rudely when I called their office. Our Dell laptop is under warranty. It has been keeping breaking down in the past one and a half years. In the last two mouths, our Dell machine has been unable to start up. Dell engineers have tried several times and failed to repair it. We have spent money to phone Dell technical support for many, many times. But they always find reasons or excuse to delay and postphone. Dell's technical support telephone line is always unclear. It took them over 2 weeks to have the "only person who handles cancellations" call me...then another 5 days to cancel my membership...they continued to charge it after the cancellation and no one would call me back regarding this - I called 4 times and the same woman who handles cancellations was never in...after filing a complaint with the BBB she called me back, calling the club by a different name and stating that she didnt have me as a member (but apparently still had my credit card to charge me) - I have to cancel my card! I ordered refil cartriges for my local printer they were mailed delivery confirmation. I followed this through to the post office which says it was delivered Sat the 3rd of Jan. I was nver notified or attempted, I'm the only one here nobody else got it this isn't the first complaint the other two were checks. So I'm to fax complaints to the departmenst in triplicate then follow through so that I can go through this same process again. Basically I have 700 minutes and unlinimted texts a month. I check my balance every day by ringing 150 and until today i have had 10 minutes remaining on my account. I ordered both products in December, but only was charged and received the Bromalite. I was called 2 days after I placed the order to confirm that I had, in fact, placed the order. This complaint is directed only to the Robeks Juice located in Congressional Plaza of Rockville, Maryland. (Robeks is basically a healthy smoothie place and rivals with Starbucks.) Got approved for a Credit card from Juniper / Barclay's Bank a few months back. I didn't need anymore Credit cards but this one offered a 799% fixed rate. so hay... why not. got the card approved with a $1000 limit. Started using it regularly because of the low rate. Got close to my limit but never over. Made $300 payments early. the last 2 months, instead of the $13 minimum payment they asked for. I purchased a home in September of 2008. During that time AIG set me up with this company and they had awesome rates. The insurance company never updated our policy to reflect that the home we were purchasing would be our primary residence.
