On 12/04/05 my washing machine broke down and I need to replace it for my family of five. The most competitive price listed was by a company called HypAudio.com at $998.00 plus $149.95 for shipping and delivery of a new US warranted machine. Back in 1996 I tried to buy a 16mb SIMM. After waiting for 3 weeks I started calling but never got hold of a person. Usually the phone would just ring endlessly, but occasionally I would get their answering machine. I finally cancelled the charge and ordered from somebody else. I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. Just to report a proper experience. Ordered 2 items, hipped next day, received via USPS 3 days. 1 item was a substitute for an out-of-stock items. I bought a book via Amazon Marketplace. I never received the book. I called SuperBookDeals, and had to speak with a very rude woman. Eventually, she told me that the inventory was empty. I asked her why they could not do me the favor of letting me know in advance. The woman then yelled at me, and when I asked to see the supervisor, she hung up. I am still waiting on a refund. I ordered two printer ink refills, which Printpal claimed had the same OR BETTER quality than new ones. Both of them do not work, they print in streaks and the papers come out unreadable. I am knowledgeable with computers so this is not an error on my part, they gave me two bogus products. The worst part is I would have to pay shipping to return them, according to their less-than-competent customer service team. Well, I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten this phone call, but about half an hour ago I got a call from the Attourney General of Ohio's office. Actually, I don't use it anymore but my partner is a newbie and it suits him just fine. I chose Vektron over Micron because it had a better software option. The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. They also failed to reimburse me for any of the extra money I spent for next day air even though it took four weeks to get the product.
