As previous complaint, I too have had difficulty in canceling this as the password to my account is not working and I have sent a letter to the company(found the address on one of the lotto winning checks)twice and have had no success in canceling my fee and they continue to take from my credit card. I purchased two sets of eyeglasses at the above business. Unbeknownst to me, they opened up a Lenscrafters Account and charged part of my purchase to the account. Subsequently, they turned the bill over to GE Collections service, which was sending invoices to the wrong name and address. In addition, when my Social Security number is entered by GE, another person's name is shown. I am having trouble clearing up my credit history and am greatly concerned that my social security number has been compromised. Please help with any suggestions for resolution. The day I received the Acal Berry trial supply, I immediately cancelled it. Paid for an item, waited 1 week without any information as to when it will be posted, even email that you send them are ignored. Made a complaint with paypal after emailing the seller without any reply and within minutes of the dispute they posted that it had been dispatched today, 1 week after paying for it. USAA bank is a military only insurance and bank. They specialize in taking advantage of our military members. I have a HELOC or second mortgage on a home in Arkansas. The home has dropped in value 100k and I am unable to sell, rent, or give away. Two and a half years ago I set up my residential package with Verizon, which included DSL, landline with long distance and DirecTV. A client emailed an 'accountant's copy transfer file' to me and when I tried to open it, I received a message that the file had been encrypted when it went to the intuit server. We did not send the file to the intuit server. The client saved the file on her system and subsequently emailed it to me. I cannot open the file without a password and intuit would not assist to resolve this issue without a paid support plan. Essentially, the software created the problem and will not assist in resolution without additional payment for support. I can't believe H&R Block can be so insensitive as to air an ad that shows people half bald with their hair coming out in handfuls. We have had the worst experience of our life with this installation. The technician was at our house from 1:45 to 10:00pm. Installation is still not complete. Wires hanging, internet cable cut(he admitted he accidentally did it), wrong receiver, wrong box, holes drilled, carpet pulled up, wire not tacked down, technician appeared disoriented & unskilled. We are indeed very shocked to notice our floor tiles supplied by Kumar Builders, which has broken, cracked and expanded within short span of being laid at our house. When paying, over paying for a delivery a customer should not expect that their product is left in the lobby of their high rise; when we pay for delivery as per the J.C. Penney's we expect delivery to be to the threshold of our appointments. I just nipped the acai berry scam in the bud. I checked to see when I would be getting my order which was done on 12/29 and that is when I read two different procedures within the terms and conditions. In one statement you can try the free trial for 15 days and cancel and keep the remaing amount. In another statement they say you must cancel and return the unused portion or you will receive additional shipments. The problem is, the shipping time is included in the trial period of 15 days.
