I ordered one walker in December 2008 and was charge twice for it. Have been trying to get a refund check since January 2009. Only check received was NSF. This company likes to charge your account when all you signed up for was the trial product. They charged my account twice without asking me if I wanted more of the product or not. When I paid for the trial product it was noted that that was only for the trial porduct not that you were signing up to get the product every month. I have signed a contract to enroll into a Private Vocational Nursing program. The cost of the program was "outined" to include books and materials such as the laptop that is necessary for the online mandatory testing that accounts for part of our grade on each particular module. In the student handbook and in the enrollment contract, there was never a mention of having to pay additional monies for instruction online, or otherwise. We were flying out of Orlando Int Airport to Detroit on April 12/09. We bored the plane and the flight was delayed for a hour and a half because of techenical problems witht he right wing. I spoke to Dell about my new laptop that was running slow. They informed me that a program they sell will spped it back up. It's called PC Tuneup and it's forsale on the Dell webite. Its been over three weeks since I mailed my under warranty Suunto Vector ($200) watch in to fix a faceplate condensation and a battery O ring seal problem. Stay away from purchasing shoes from Finish Line. If you purchase a pair of shoes, even if they cost $159.99 they will make sure they are impossible to return. We bought a pair of these shoes for my daughter. The shoes were 1/2 size too big. We live 4 hours (one way) away from this store, with the closest store being 3 hours (one way) away from us. I ordered a heating mat on March 2, 2009. It came promptly, but they sent a 120 volt mat instead of the 23o volt mat that was ordered. They said they would send out the correct one, which they did, and charge my credit card another $640, which they did.
