We have been trying to find out why our community swimming pool is closed almost 3 months from our community management and our Manager Jennifer Wood .But nobody has anwered to us no matter how many times we  called or sent e-mails to them.They keep increasing the monthly payments but we have no service from them ! i went to purchase a f-150 truck from these guy. i purchase one and it was a compete lemon. No good and broken down. Cost me $3, 000 to fix the transmission in first week. The staff was extremly rude and undecent. I found out the truck was purchase in USA and was send to Canada where it was illegally sold. Stay away from these PEOPLE!!! Found site through 21OVERNIGHT.COM, which is supposed to be a customer review site. Site's a straight scam referred me to http://i-d-e-n-t-i-t-y.tv/. Beware the site is very well put together, seems legit until you send your money. I too have been scamed!!! I ordered a cd for goverment grants and agreed to pay S&H costs of $3.95 and that it. I received charges for $3.95 and $74.95 on another credit card. I only recieved one cd and was billed for two and an additional charge of $74.95. The phone numbers for Hld Grant Help order seem to not work. I have taken my vehicle in for an oil leak behind the timing cover no less than 9 times and this store claims that they have repaired the leak at least (4) times and I still have a continous leak. I am fed up with Citifinancial. I had paid what I thought was the balance of a promotion, when I realized I owed $71.00 more I called the company and was toold to submit the remainder of the payment. So here's what happened to me. I have a total of 3 chase accounts. Two I have had for years, they are set up on auto pay for min since they are at 3.99% for life. The third I got to transfer a balance off another card that had a higher rate. Well, I go in and set it up for auto pay. Apparently, I made a mistake and it did not set up correctly. Are fraudulently attempting to debit money from my checking account for a dental financing account paid in full and closed in 2006. They state that they sent a notice advising that failure to provide proof that the account was paid in full would constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of a balance they state is still due and payable. They've now sent a "notice" that since they received no proof that the account was paid in full, that they will now begin debiting the checking account on file for the full amout due. read full review »

A tornado hit my home one year ago yesterday. I am still waiting for my carpet to be replaced in my home which was stained by Satisfaction Windows employees while replacing my windows. Barrett Construction subcontracted with Satisfaction Windows and has been of no help with getting the issue resolved. I leased a 2008 toyota tundra fifteen months ago and i wanted to sell the lease and i found a person that is already leasing the same vehicle and his lease is almost up so he wanted to take over my lease after qualifying so toyota tells me that they will not take my name off the lease even though the person is one hundred person qualified to do this. I was tryting to send the money to India in Dec 08. The money was detected from my account the very next day. I have the tracking number with me. But it is not received to my bebeficiary in kerala till date. ICICI never tell you why or what went wrong during the transaction or what is the next step to approach. I kept calling every agent and after several emails I managed to get my money back into my account in Rupees. Basically I exchanged USD to rupee and money in my account still.
