I returned a $125 bag. The company took weeks to credit me. I had to make multiple calls. They told me on the phone they received the item and had not gotten around to giving me credit. I asked for email confirmation of the return (they send emails for the purchase so doesn't that make sense). They refused.. (dealing with a foreigner). I finally received a credit. Now 5 months later, the same charge back-dated to November is re-instated. How this is even possible is beyond me. Now I have to go through the credit company..?? Charges come up on my card, I had no ideal what they for on the March bill. There are charges that I charged to (STAMP.com ) on the April billing. But there are none that I made on the March bill. Today, 25 April 2009, I went to Smartstyle's Wetumpka location to return or exchange a set of products purchased by my cousin for me. I supposedly ordered a free sample of their product for a shipping and handling charge of $3.95. However, a few days ago, they withdrew $87.13 from my checking account without my authorization.
