Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I've personally logged complaints on the forum and sent emails to their HQ - all being ignored. Whilst this company still sells other products, their ethics are shocking as they have taken peoples money and literally are just leaving everyone in the dark. Wow always get a car fax report and check your local better business bureau, I brought a Volvo 2004 and within the first few days th car was jerking while at a complete stop; then the transmission went out. Air Trans gave my debit card number to Great Fun after I purchased an airline ticket online in December 2008. Was looking up goverment grants and had them send me a cd for $1.49 shipping charge. Then all of a sudden my checking account had a withdraw of $120.00 from it for some information I never received or ordered. 407-966-4454 is assumed to be a credit card collection agency or something and only comes up as Kissimmee on my caller ID. They are harassing us to death! On Thursday, 4/23/2009, the following calls were logged from this number: 8:31 A 9:25 A 1:35 P 1:53 P 2:06 P 5:05 P 8:06P We were out during some of this time and it probably called more often but the caller ID only updates to the last call.
