I had a past due bill with a phone utility company, and they called a third party a friend of mine to talk to me to get me to pay the bill. This hotel billed my credit card for 3 nights instead of two. I have emailed them and faxed them on several occasions and received no response at all. I have also emailed the Malaysian Hotels Association and the Malaysian Consumers Association and received no reply from either of them. For the last two weeks the air condition is not working in the lobby. I have spoken to three managers so far and all they can say is that the office know's about it. SO DO SOMETHING !!!
