In March 2006, several colleagues and I made reservations at Residence Inn Houston Intercontinental Airport at Greenspoint (Houston, TX), with a credit card guarantee. I bought a 55Watt floor lamp from FullSpectrum Solutions. After about 3.5 year the ballast went bad. But since I was out of warranty they couldn't help me. Beware of advertisements about saving money with full spectrum lights as the accompanying ballasts fail earlier than the bulbs themselves and are costly to repair if at all possible. Hibler heating and air conditioning installed a new Tempstar air conditioner May 2004. It has never cooled my house. Three months after installation I call them and told them it was not cooling. Eddie Salas claiming he has a contractors liscense did an absolute horrible job in one of our units. He does not know a thing about tile work painting and other jobs related to that matter. I have had a General Motors Mastercard for about 20 years. My interest rates have been average, and I have never defaulted on the card. Indeed I usually pay MORE than the minimum balance, paying in full when I can. Two months ago the company unilaterally cut my credit line in half. I didn't complain. However, this month the company increased the interest rate on the card to 30.99 percent! This is outrageous! In December of 2008, I had cheese samples while walking through the store. I also purchased a couple items from the store that I had for lunch.
