I lived in those apartment for over a year. When I moved in, I paid $650 deposit plus $200 cleaning fee. When I moved out, they charged me the cleaning fee again and told me that I have to pay extra $150 for damage plus they will keep my deposit. Purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite HE3t frontal load washer and dryer. The water pump was making noises and we called a service tech out to repair. During the repair he pushed the impellar back onto the pump and said "they come off all the time" you'll have to replace the pump with a newer style. I spent $380 to repair the washer. Never would I have thought this would be a washer I would hate!!! Sears just does'nt care anymore about it's customers and taking care of the issues at hand. I have five rods and three reels that are very expensive. All are Pflueger Trion .one rod a 7' 6" boat rod broke using 18lb test line with a 14lb leader. I have sent two emails about the defect to the manufacture and have not gotten a response. I told them their product is only as good as the company that makes it and that they should respond to the problem with the rod. The rod is kept inside when not in use and looks new. Airsplat sent air rifle with parts missing in a poorly packaged box. Arrived busted open and bb's were more than half-missing. Wrote immediately to complain. Ulitmately sent back gun for repair/replacement under warranty three times now but they have sent the same unrepaired gun with the same missing parts back each time. After having submitted several foreclosure cases to uslm & paying their fees, we were alerted to new " policies" today. The policy is anything over 60days old requires either you the agent ot take the file over and work it yourself or pay " $250" additional fees to have them continue to wrok the case. However, this only applies to bulk submission, not a case by case submission which is the way we submit anyway- case by case! This is unfair and unjust!
