I would like to complain about London General Holdings. When I purchased my car I took out GAP insurance through LGH and wish I'd never bothered. My car was written off last year and I have spent the last seven months trying to get them to sort out my claim. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing... I will NEVER again buy any insurance from London General Holdings. I too was scamed by the FREE TRIAL teeth whitening product. Not only does it NOT work, but I received another set weeks later. According to the representative, he said I signed up to receive this crap, every 30 days, for 88.67 a month! I know I didn't do that! I'm emailing them back and forth everyday. I sent in my kids psp for a screen repair, sony sent me back a refurb psp with a broken hinge on the game door. I called and they sent me another box. I sent the psp in the package they gave me and never heard back. When I called in they said they never received the package and directed me to UPS. This is a horrible school. the course costs $15.000 and if for some reason you miss more then 30 hours weather it be, you are sick or like me my mother died they will withdraw you from the course and they keep your tuition all of the $15000 this School claims to be one of the best schools in Vancouver but they do not have the best interests of the students in mind. the policy's at this school are in place to keep more and more students rotating in and out, They are not interested in YOU completing this course, they have a completion rate of only 35% per year . read full review »

My husband recently bought me the box set of the complete tv episodes of Bronco Layne. Most of the dvd's are unwatchable, the sound and vision is totally distorted. Non of them are ok, some can be watched a bit. It is obvious they have been copied directly from the tv. Even the dvd labels have hand written numbers on them. In the advert it states ' brand new, excellent sound and vision quality'. Their goal is to get you to try a product under many different names for which they make sound like a 14 days trial from the day you receive the product but in all actuality, they are counting day one as the day you place your order. I purchased a Spa2Go from Comfort Line Products less than a year ago and had to replace the heating unit, which had failed, about 4 months later. Now 3 months later it has failed yet again. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a replacement and keep getting the runaround. My spa is still under warranty but I can't seem to get the replacement part even after having agreed to pay the $89 shipping-labor surcharge cost. This is obviously an inferior product. I could live with that if the company would at least live up to their warranty. I periodically receive phone calls from (866) 578-4773 [Allied Interstate], which I understand via research is a collection agency of sorts. As I am virtually debt free, the company has no reason to contact me. I have blocked the number so it only shows as a missed call now. Typically, I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. Zabars delivered a thank you basket to a Board member that was rancid. A perishable package was to be delivered on a Friday and was not delivery until the following Monday with no phone calls to alert the recipient or the purchaser there was trouble with delivery.
