Zabars delivered a thank you basket to a Board member that was rancid. A
perishable package was to be delivered on a Friday and was not delivery
until the following Monday with no phone calls to alert the recipient or the
purchaser there was trouble with delivery. Food made our client ill and when
a call was made to Zabars they did not see a problem with delivering a
rancid food basket. No apology or refund was offered.
