I too was delivered an unsolicited phone in the mail, in my daughters name, I might add. When I called this company, and requested canceling this account, and what card had they used, I was told it was a lead order, which means unsolicited and they did not have any credit card information. But, I was billed for monthly service at $39.99 and Activation Fee of 36.00.
